Every therapy at Rockholm is preceded by a thorough consultation with our resident Ayurvedic physician, who assesses your Prakriti (body constitution), current imbalances, and health goals. Abhyanga
The classical full-body warm herbal oil massage — the cornerstone of Ayurvedic daily care. Stimulates lymph flow, nourishes the skin, and deeply calms the nervous system.
Shirodhara
A continuous, rhythmic stream of warm medicated oil poured over the forehead — profoundly calming for anxiety, chronic stress, insomnia, and mental fatigue.
Pizhichil
The "royal treatment" — warm medicated oil poured continuously over the body while two therapists massage in synchrony. Deeply revitalises muscles, nerves, and joints.
Panchakarma
