All treatments at Amara are prescribed by Dr. Anand after a thorough consultation. Authentic Ayurvedic practices are carried out in 5 dedicated treatment rooms using herbs partly grown in Amara's own medicinal garden — ensuring complete authenticity from root to remedy.
Classical full-body warm herbal oil massage — the foundational Ayurvedic daily treatment for deep tissue nourishment, circulation stimulation and nervous system restoration.
